Ashtanga is a dynamic kind of yoga and often described as one of the most physically demanding yoga configurations.
(At our coarses, is it allways pursuant to your terms.)
What is typical of Ashtanga Yoga is that you perform a certain number of positions in a specific order, where breathing is synchronized with the movements in a flow known as vinyasa. The movements practiced in a certain order means that wherever you go in the world on an Ashtanga yoga class you recognize your yoga practice.
This particular sequence allows you to eventually experience “meditation during movement”
You become strong, smooth and learn to relax when practicing yoga. The dynamic yoga along with yoga’s philosophy teaches you to feel in depth, find the joy of life and understand what is important.
You learn concentration, “being able to “turn off” and be “here and now”.
